Bi-Monthly meetings

• Meeting Days and Frequency: The meeting is held every first Saturday of the month,once every 2 months.
• Time Meetings begin at 5:00 pm prompt and end at 9:00 pm
• Venue: Meetings are held in a specified hall in the Waterloo region.
• Meeting Structure: Each member hosts once during each hosting season. The executive members base hosting bimonthly meetings on the schedule draw up at the beginning of the year. Note that hosting is optimal for international students. The quorum of the meeting shall be at least two thirds of the registered members before the start of the meeting.
• Meeting Format: It is a round table meeting where the day-to-day running of the association is discussed. Refreshments are usually served during this meeting. Prospective members are welcome to attend.

Extraordinary meetings

The President upon consultation with the executive convenes extraordinary meetings. These meetings are usually summoned to address very important and crucial issues concerning the association where swift resolutions will be made.
